Class Breakdown


Fundamentals - This class is for students who are starting for the first time or who are returning to Muay Thai. The class focuses on all the basics such as:  

General Programme

This class is for students with a good level of Muay Thai Skills including Technique, Pad holding, Sparring, Clinching and Fitness.

General Intermediate Programme

This class focuses on advanced techniques & skills and is aimed at those competing or looking to compete. *Please Note* this is NOT a class for beginners or students who have spent 2 weeks training in Thailand!


Sparring - There is no better way to improve your Muay Thai skills. You will be able to develop timing, range, reaction and skills as well as fitness. This is done in a safe and controlled environment.

Muay Thai Conditioning

The Muay Thai conditioning class is an excellent way to improve all round fitness for Muay Thai. The class will involve bag work, body weight exercises, kettlebells, battle ropes, Olympic Rings, sprint and agility training.



£10 per session £80 Class Pass (One calendar month non-contract membership)
